This legal entity is registered with the ACNC as a tax exempt charity. Its main purpose is education and training associated with operation of student accommodation. It manages Avoca trust, A Tax deductible Gift recipient:- Purpose = "Envrionment Education about and care of  the Murray Darling River envrionment"

This division has focus in Senior High school and the delivery of school curriculum. As a ship cannot be a registered school, the School ships will delivery educational programs by registered teachers as similar to school camps where the students do "School work" on live on "The school ships are their "Home".

Avoca trust can only receive Tax Deductible gifts and issue tax receipts. It is not permitted to trade. If must forward all funds received to a trading account, in this care Australian Cruise Academy. The funds raised are to be used to purchase, operate and maintain the school ships for the purpose of maintenance of the residential school ship operations to "deliver education about the Murray Darling Basin and Coastal waters."
