Aerie Training ships team building programs are based on the highly respected American freshman college model.
Many teenagers today encounter significant hurdles that can make traditional schooling difficult. They might be feeling disengaged with school subjects, experiencing bullying, or dealing with stressful home environments. These pressures can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, or a general lack of motivation. Some students find limited subject choices uninspiring, while others struggle in large school settings that lack personalized support.

Aerie "Training Ships" provide Safe Professional care, & guidance for older teens as they enter the adult education world away from home. Our training ships are managed by teachers to help teens through their transition years.
The Training ships work with River schools, Open Access College or River TAFE colleges to support resident student's learning programs and academic supervision. We keep them safe and manage fun time on the boats.
Many parents find the 15-18 year old very difficult to manage as their parental responsibility.
Boarding College has been the preferred option for many families, especially remote families, to fledge their young eagles.
River cruise Training Ships add adventure and team building to the Boarding College experience.
Our qualified staff, all hold advanced first aid, water rescue qualifications and experience in youth work:-

"TS Aerie" TIME OUT is designed to hold teens at risk within practical skills learning and prepare them for a restart on an appropriate learning pathway in the traditional schools or TAFE.
Aerie Student Residence and Community membership support support can continue. Aerie College is a private charity.
