Aerie College is being promoted as a special assistance family Community Club. We expect family investment in our Marina Resort facilities. 

As soon as we get underway we expect considerable unsecured member investments from families and supportive groups who will make use of the marina resort and assist in the school activities through our Loan License to Occupy program. We can attract DGR donations, and will source every possible grant for youth at risk.

This large resort and boat marina property has a history of school use mostly short course school camps., The property has been renovated and in excellent condition.  It is ideal as home base for a supportive community of riverboat people who are likely to support the Aerie School proposal with Member investment loans to secure a secure storage for their riverboats,.

Care and maintenance of private recreational boats is a good business model for our College business skills training,

Once the school is funded and started, we expect community investment LLtO in this property will  come in quickly from the recreational boating industry as a Community Club Resort.

The private boat club environment is excellent training for hospitality skills training,

There many affluent river boat people who are searching for safe boat storage as an alternative to trailering.

This riverboat has high income potential because of its 300 person capacity for functions.  It will operate as a commercial functions and  school camp or flotilla expedition escort boat. .Professional boat crew will train Students In a wide range of riverboat adventures, The student crewing and operating of this vessel will be profitable. The Aerie College Special Assistance Residential High School is being promoted by the registered charity that has the capacity to attract unsecured member investment loans in the form of Loan Licence to Occupy.

We have selected this river marina resort for its unique property facilities and marina waters that enables us to control entry, so necessary for student security. Access to our Community Club will be by Membership access only.

The property has a long history of school use as a camp site, now renovated, it is in excellent condition 

With the size of the marina property, the length of the Murray River, and the  concept of student teams of 16 students on houseboats, there appears to be no limit to the student capacity of this unique Special Assistance School.

Our Student accommodation style is backpacker, deliberate to teach young people the lowest cost living skills possible.

We will teach our students to live within the limits of student and living away from home allowance.

Students will work the property as part of their education.  They will learn:-
