We need Families to join Membership and support the Aerie school project to proceed.
If you like the Aerie College plans, please ask others to support with membership and investment.
Member investing helps Aerie Community to purchase large holiday houses or houseboats for the school and family holiday use.
We all know we can usually fix a computer fault by turning it off, then on again, a reset.
A RESET works - - - A New start for teens who are in depression and misery works..
Aerie College provides a complete RESET for these teens.
GET THEM OUT OF THEIR CURRENT SCHOOL.
GIVE THEM TIME AWAY FROM HOME IF THERE IS HOME STRESS.
GIVE THEM A COMPLETE CHANGE IN THEIR LIFE.
The change must give them something they look forward to.
THEY WILL REMEMBER THE GOOD TIME OF SCHOOL CAMP and be happy to change.
Change of school. - - - Change of living space. - - - Change of friends.
The bullies and the other horrid school stuff are all left behind.
Aerie College Backpack school will excite them, remote from city distractions, and will reduce family stress.
Aerie does learning in a different way. - - - Same good result - - - and promotes continuing education.
Aerie College will be a Special Assistance, safe, residential learning space for teens who need a complete stop and restart. In computer term, a "Reboot"
Some of these young ones having school bully problems also have good reasons to leave their home, couch surfing, street living etc. Some finish up in care of the Minister. That is not good.
State schools cannot help. - - - They have no residential facilities.
If you know a young one in this kind of trouble contact Principal, Capt. Bouc
0418 836 137.
He can help with safe homestay shelter for a start.
The long established, School Camp Management charity, ANCOM ON MURRAY Inc. is planning to establish Aerie College Backpack School, as a Special Assistance full time residential school camp using part of collegiate community holiday club facilities on the Murray. We know this style of adventure learning will hold young people who are not finding success in existing schools, and will help families ride out the terrible teens.
Family holidays can be part of the ANCOM Community Club Membership.
START THEIR CHANGE with Aerie College "Time Out" River Cruise, learning a different life style, "backpack and swag," low cost living (KIS) life style, and build boat skills for a safe future.
CHANGE:- There comes a natural time in a young person's life, when they need to leave the nest.
For many, this has been the GAP year after High school.
Some young ones need this opportunity sooner.
They jump out or are forced out of the nest too soon and damage their wings.
Aerie College can help them recover through safe residential support, safe sleeping space, good nutritious food, adventure challenge education, training, and access to resources in remote wilderness areas, away from urban distractions.
We encourage partnerships and form small teams for low cost living, to build capability and create long lasting, supportive lifestyle change.
LOCATION:- The home campus of Aerie College Community Club is planned on the Murray.
It will contain College teaching facilities and YHA style dormitories for students.
The private ANCOM Community Charity club invites Community members to invest in large holiday house assets as Club properties. The property will he available to host both the school and family holiday use.
We are careful with membership application approval to protect the club members.
Member share ownership is Loan License to occupy (LLtO), A member's right to share-own community property and facilities including the school.
ANCOM Inc. Promotes Environmental education and conservation with focus on the Murray as a healing force for disrupted teens.

A property lease to purchase agreement will help students own their berth for their time with Aerie. This is about the same as paying $120 rent. Rent money is gone.
LLtO capital is sold to a new student when no longer needed.
Phone Principal Bouc to talk about this option. 0418 836 137
A property lease to purchase agreement will help owners of large properties to sell and our charity to buy. Large houses with large grounds are ideal for a community campus.
It will help us gather small investors with confidence to make a collective large purchase. Phone Principal Bouc to talk about this option. 0418 836 137
The Aerie College is a little like an early gap year doing VET.
School age teens will have their independence living in a safe protected community and the opportunity to complete their SACE and start VET with skilled mentors.
Students can invest in LLtO for their bed space while with us. Capital remains intact to sell on.
