School Registration? Then funding Loan from SAFA.

Application for school registration has been made. 

• Registration is currently under discussion with the ESB Board.  
• High school Dropout rate 24% & increasing, indicates need for a different style of directed learning challenges.
• Aerie College Proposal for years 11 and 12 is very different, it is a full time Residential Senior High school based on school camps style adventure learning. 
• Most Senior Private Colleges have outdoor adventure campuses.

State Government Funding Authority (SAFA)  funding for new schools establishment remains available. School Loans to $10,000,000

The proposed new school project site, a unique property title including the private marina in Mannum - near for Adelaide kids. 

Aerie College is being promoted as a special assistance family holiday Community Club. We expect family investment (LLtO)  in all our Marina Resorts holiday facilities including extra houseboats, kayaks and safety tenders. 

As soon as we get underway we expect considerable unsecured member investments from families and supportive groups who will make use of the marina resort and assist in the school activities through our Loan License to Occupy program. We can attract DGR donations, and will source every possible grant for youth at risk. 

 $400,000 Aerie Houseboat School Ship - available for sale in Mannum. This small river cruise boat  to be used regularly for the 10 week "time Out" first entry cruise has residential capacity for 16 students backpacker swag style, and 8 adults on the top beck in ensuite cabins.

 This riverboat has high income potential for the College because of its 300 person capacity for functions.  It will operate as a commercial functions and  school camp or flotilla expedition escort boat. Professional boat crew will train Students In boat tourism skills in a wide range of riverboat adventures, AND the student crewing and operating of this vessel will be profitable. Offset to student fees. 

Much of this incidental equipment will contribute to the community resort operations and its Member Investment Potential in shared use of resort equipment.
